I thought you'd enjoy this article on the Spanish pizzeria coming to Barcelona courtesy of Ferran Adrià. It's apparently not going down too well with Italians, even though Ferran says his pizza will be authentic, rather than molecular. But now you tell me the Catalans already have their own sort of "pizza"? The plot thickens.
